The Grounded Method

How I Work With You

High-achievers experiencing burnout who are ready to rebuild — not just recover.

"Resistance is weight. Surrender is momentum."

The Journey

Three phases. One transformation. Mindset work woven throughout — challenging false narratives, neurological reframing, and learning to let go.

Release the weight

I start by mapping what's weighing you down — how burnout has impacted your emotions, productivity, relationships, and self-care. You can't move forward carrying what's holding you back.

Build your foundation

I help you rebuild the foundation that grounds you: habits that restore, relationships that support, and systems that sustain. This is where you find solid ground again.

Create momentum

With the weight released and your foundation set, I help you implement daily practices that stick — boundaries, rituals, and routines that carry you forward with purpose.

The Transformation

Three Outcomes

By the end of your journey, you'll have built lasting capacity in three areas.

R

Regulation

A calmer nervous system and healthier response to stress. You'll have language and tools that soothe and protect — not just cope.

R

Restoration

A sustainable wellness routine that prioritizes movement, rest, and boundaries. Not a temporary fix — a way of living.

R

Resilience

The courage to face fear and the confidence to move through it. You'll know how to sit in discomfort and do the hard work anyway.

What to Expect

Sessions

I meet with you bi-weekly for 60-minute sessions. These aren't just conversations — they're working sessions where I actively engage with whatever is most alive for you.

Between Sessions

Real change happens in daily life. You'll have practices to work with, experiments to try, and observations to make between sessions.

Pacing

I move at the pace that serves you. Sometimes that means slowing down when the instinct is to rush. Sometimes it means challenging comfort zones.

Duration

Most clients work with me for 3-12 months. Deep change takes time. I'm not looking for quick fixes — I'm helping you build something that lasts.

If this resonates, let's talk. Not to sell you anything — but to explore whether this is the right fit for you.
